Online Banking

A very useful tool in today’s environment is the internet.  This is a way for individual’s to conduct business from the privacy of their own home or business.  Online banking is an innovative creation to enhance the consumer’s ability to become more familiar with their banking endeavors.

At The Shattuck National Bank we strive to work with and for the customer.  We offer online banking, SNB Bill Pay and E-Statements for our customers.  With the addition of E-Statements, once a customer has been using the E-statements, they have the ability to go back and research those statements up to 18 months.  This addition is also a way to receive your statements quicker than you would through the mail.

SNB internet customers should be particularly careful when using public computers.  IP addresses are stored when our customer’s log into our internet site.  IF YOU SIGN ON USING A PUBLIC COMPUTER, YOU NEED TO CHOOSE THE “PUBLIC” OPTION.  This will prevent the IP address for your account from being stored on the public computer which will bypass some security features.

It is strongly recommended customers install a custom security question.  This will assist SNB staff in identifying our internet customers should they have a problem with our service.  We will be more than happy to walk you through the process of initiating this custom security feature.

Your Acceptance to These Terms:  By logging on to the SNB internet banking website, you signify your assent to SNB’s privacy policy as well as your acknowledgement of the above disclosures.  Your continued use of the SNB internet banking service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

When you get set up for online banking, Bill Pay and/or E-Statements:

You will be required to change your password when you log into the SNB website.  Your new password must be 8-16 characters with at least one capital letter, one lower case letter and one number.  Remember, passwords are case sensitive.
